2009: Washington Street townhouse, PREFERS PRINT, 4 floors plus basement, rate may vary according to how many floors to be used, 1st floor studio (houses art for art shows, always changing, moving pieces only with permission, this floor is fully contained with its own kitchen (not pictured), bathroom & terrace, 2nd floor houses all of the bedrooms, a home office and den, 3rd floor you will find the dining room, kitchen, living room, large terrace with grill & a kitchen booth, 4th floor houses another office with small living room and deck with staircase to rooftop, rooftop is still under construction Sept, 2004, skylights throughout, plenty of light throughout the day, Basement also holds art that changes regularly, a recording studio, 2 separate staircases : CONTAINS AN ELEVATOR in townhouse for equipment distribution. May use 1st floor and basement for events....

1 TOP FLOOR OFFICE IS NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE, THIS IS HIS RECORDING STUDIO, HARD TO BREAK DOWN, may only use the couch on top floor.

2 ALSO, MASTER BEDROOM AND Bathroom are OFF LIMITS UNLESS REQUESTED IN ADVANCE AND APPROVED BY THE HOMEOWNER...

3 1ST FLOOR ( ground level ) HAS SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE, separate fees for that floor

4 fees vary according to areas of use, or floors of use

5 all floors must be protected prior to anyone entering space

5 no shoes permitted in home
