2328 - Greene Street, NYC, PREFERS PRINT, FILM May be POSSIBLE, somerestrictions: ie: all shoes are to be left at the door, models may wear prop shoes, eating & drinking allocated to the kitchen only, kitchen counters and kitchen floors must be covered with drop cloths, a magazine credit is required with use of this loft, prefers shoots at 9am or after, building fees will apply, floors must be protected with 4 x 8 sheets of craft cardboard for all shoots (can use only blue tape to tape together and can move from area to area), AND THE FURNITURE IF  USED FOR SEATING WILL NEED TO BE COVERED, etc......VERY EXPENSIVE..

NOTE: NO SHOOTS ON WEEKENDS.

NOTE:  THE BUILDING FOR THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO HAVE ONE WEEK NOTICE OF ALL SHOOTS, BUILDING FEES AND SUPER FEES DO APPLY....ALSO A 5000.00 SEC DEPOSIT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL SHOOTS, SOMETIMES HIGHER FEE FOR LARGER SHOOTS, ENTRANCE ONLY THRU THE SERVICE, must protect the lobby areas for all deliveries as well
