3318 - Glen Cove, NY, 30 miles from NYC, PRINT ONLY, deposit for all shoots required in advance and very high, large insurance requirements, motorhome is preferred, can only shoot one room at a time, the waterfront property is part of owners home next door so must be specified if needed, restrictions do apply

EXPENSIVE: many restrictions apply, ie., a large damage and overtime deposit is necessary and returned in 5 business days if no damage or overtime ( dep amt 10,000 per day, and wired to their account, all fees must be wired by client 5 business days in advance ), can shoot only one room at a time, etc, scouting is recommended,..ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE 1 WK IN ADVANCE

NOTE: for more than 15 people, fee increases per person over 15 ( and only 12 inside the home at one time ), for exterior the same applies, fee increases for people over 15, and all children must be accompanied by an adult..8am is the earliest for this location to begin..There are also animals to be rented if needed..will get images soon
