Notes:
1. bookings sometimes need to be 6 months in advance since they are so busy and its a members only club
2. fees vary according to rooms of use, size of shoot etc
3 scouting is mandatory for all shoots to determine areas, to view how to enter and exit, etc
4 summer months are easer to clear for this location ( VERY EXPENSIVE )
5 the staircase may only be used from 2nd floor to 3rd floor unless during hours of non - operations for members
6 separate entrance for production
7 no jeans, no sneakers and other restrictions apply, this is a private club
8 first floor dining room very hard to clear and often not available
9 Wedgewood dining room usually only available for partial days, hard to clear
