Small events to be approved on case by case basis.
Floors to be protected; booties to be worn especially in living room with white carpet.
Bedroom is off limits.
Moving furniture pieces in purple room is restricted.
Requests to nail into or paint walls must be approved by owner in advance (significant additional fees would apply). Not possible to paint staircase hall and purple room. Wallpapered bathroom walls can not be painted or nailed into.
