Four story, single family townhouse designed by William Tubby in the late 1800s. There is a central staircase and skylight that allows light to flow throughout the house.
The house is 18 x 45 ft with an extension on the back that adds an additional 12 ft. There are walnut floors throughout, white walls and plenty of period details including the original staircase, moldings heating grates, window seats in the parlor and bedroom.
