Penthouse of a 1800s Schoolhouse building in South Williamsburg. Top floor, no elevator (4th floor walk up).
11′ tall ceilings, arched windows and very tall antique doors, original architectural salvage throughout and painstakingly renovated and published in Architectural Digest, Living Etc and Dwell in 2017/2018. Two bedrooms, two bath with a chef’s kitchen (La Canche oven, Subzero fridge, marble countertops and reclaimed North American Chestnut flooring laid in a herringbone pattern). Master bath with walk in wet room. Features very large dining table that can seat twelve, a glamorous nursery with reflective Calico “inverted spaces” wallpaper, and an artful mix of vintage and contemporary furniture (Yves Klein coffee table, Josef Frank rug, pale pink swivel chairs, and furniture by Milo Baughman and Tobia Scarpa) and lighting (Fontana Arte, Stilnovo, Noguchi, Brendan Ravenhill) throughout.
Shoot time 8a-6pm unless prior approval
No shoes inside except for model. No smoking.
Moving furniture (coffee table, palm tree, rug) and artwork (Cy Twombly) with permission. Special care for valuable pieces of art/furniture.
No nailing or painting (unless hire their chosen painter to repaint)

Kids and animals – on case per case basis
Entry through front doors and to top floor using either staircase. Door is to be attented during loading in and out. Must be closed at all times unless a person is present. Cannot be “propped open.”
