The living and dining rooms both have built-in bookcases as well as the original marble mantels and original wide board floors. A den to the back serves as tv room or office. The kitchen has a farmhouse sink, and limestone counters. Sunroom has transomed windows on 3 sides, there are 3 sunny bedrooms, a 10’x12′ main bathroom and a new laundry room. There are 2 finished rooms on the third floor, as well as an attic space. On the ground level, there is a spacious mudroom and office with custom bookcases and a cast iron gas fireplace.
