Standalone colonial house built in 1859. The house is brick with a stucco coating, light green. It retains most of its original detail, including the elegant porch and cornice.The squared columns set on high plinths, with a very detailed bracketed and den tiled cornice. The parlor floor has full length windows, which complement the door, and above, on the second floor, the curved eyebrow lintels. The design is completed by the elegant modillioned cornice with the round arched frieze.
There are 2 full size floors and 1/2 size unit at the third floor.The first floor has very high ceiling around 12’ with still original detailed decorations.Each floor with parquet.The house has two stairs, the main and the service.The kitchen open up to a double size back yard.The bottom floor has 3 large rooms plus the kitchen all with high ceiling and one full bath.The second story has 3 bedrooms, a full bath and an additional sink in a powder room.The third floor has 2 smaller room plus a small kitchen and a full bath.The house has 4 original marble fireplaces non functioning, stain glass in some part of the house.
