1926 classic home located on Buzzards Bay in Cape Cod, MA. The original landlord had owned a large lumber company in southeastern Massachusetts and built the home utilizing beautiful fir wood throughout. It was used as a debutante home in the 1920’s and is documented in the Social Register. There are French windows and French doors in the living room. The home has eight bedrooms on the second floor all facing the water. There are seven bathrooms with five on the second floor and two on the first floor (all facing the grounds).
There is a large basement that has been totally renovated.
The home sits on two private acres with 200 ft. of beachfront property. There is an 80-foot deck overlooking Buzzards Bay. As you drive up to the home there is a farmer’s porch and a large circle driveway. The landscaping consists of a natural wood setting, lawns and gardens in addition to the ocean and beach.
