Three story, shingle Dutch Colonial style house, built in 1899. The exterior is restored in a historically appropriate manner. The interior has been completely renovated, adding modern amenities while preserving the historic, farmhouse feel of the house.
The front of the house faces West and most of the home’s windows are south facing. The house has oak floors throughout and the interior walls are painted BM Super White.
First floor has a “floor- through” layout with living room, dining room and the renovated, open plan, kitchen with a large den all leading from one to the other with double wide frames openings or french doors between each.
A wide, switchback staircase with palladian window leads to the second floor where there is a TV room/playroom, two children’s rooms, a teen room, and master bedroom. There are also two full baths and one master bath with soaking tub and en suite dressing area.
The third floor has two bedrooms, one large open room with no furniture, and a full bath.
