The house is a Victorian 2nd Empire, built for the Tiffany family at the turn of the last Century (1900). It has 3 stories and 14 rooms. It has tiffany stained glass windows, original wood work and inlaid parquet floors throughout.
1st floor: the foyer has oak paneling and balustrade. The library is panelled, has built-in bookcases and a 12′ marble fireplace. All the reception rooms in the 1st floor have pocket doors
The dining room has built-in sideboard and china hutch as well as wood paneling and coffered ceiling. The living room has intricate plaster work and the neo-classical solarium has terrazzo floors and copper windows.
The kitchen has the original buttler pantry and china hutch. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is in a gothic-revival style, with intricate plaster moldings and wooden columns.
The 3rd floor has 4 more bedrooms and one bath, 3 rooms have spider web windows and the 4th room has the original 15′ linen cabinet.
The house has landscaped gardens, including a formal garden and an in-ground swimming pool.
