500 acre Christmas tree farm and nursery in Southeastern Pennsylvania
12 buildings on the property, including a stone observation tower built in 1910, a two family white brick house built in 1832, a two family stone farmhouse built in 1817, several Tudor style buildings from the early 20th century, a gray colonial style stone house from about 1925, an art deco house and furniture from 1940, an early 20th century stone carriage house and several large red barns. Different styles of architecture, ruins, old gardens, barns, stone houses from the early 1900’s as well as an art gallery built in the roaring twenties with a bowling alley, etc.
The non residential buildings can be filmed inside and out, as can the owner-occupied residences (images soon), houses which are rented may be filmed on the exterior, and in the interior if the occupants agree.
