A Swiss style chalet built upon a rock overlooking Phelps Brook in the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks. This is a unique property because it is the only house in the area to have both a stunning view and a brook running through the property. The house has many qualities: a beautiful hand painted ceiling in the living room, hand carved wooden statues of St. Hubert (protector of the forest) and St. Barbara perched under the eaves, along with an amazing front porch with a latin inscription above the door that leads into the living room.
The extended property features a lean-to that sleeps 6, several footbridges, and a Japanese tea house converted to an open air sleeping quarters. Views of the high peaks abound from the front porch, the tea house and 2 bedrooms.
