A little gem of an early school house that has been restored. Dating from the early 1800s, the original interior frame of the school house is exposed on the inside showing the hand hewn beams. The entry level includes a cathedral ceilinged open space (that is the exact size of the original school house) that now accommodates a combined kitchen/dining and living room area. The entry level also includes a small office, mudroom and bathroom. The lower level is a large bedroom with bathroom and utilities room.
The School House is set back from a corner junction of paved roads and is surrounded by 100 acres of open fields and woods.
