Restrictions:
Maximum occupancy of 100 must not be exceeded at any time.
Music volume and event activity must remain within agreed-upon hours and comply with local noise regulations.
No permanent alterations (including nails, drilling, painting, or adhesive installations) without prior approval.
All rentals must include setup and breakdown time within the booked hours.Outside vendors must be pre-approved in advance.
Client is responsible for any damage to the space, fixtures, or artwork during the rental period.
