50,000 square foot building that was formerly home and recording studio to the Beastie Boys. Previously it was a garment factory, and currently configured as flexible, creative retail and office space. This building represents old school New York with its charm and character through design and architectural features.
The building features original exposed brick, exposed ceiling beams, vaulted ceilings/archways, skylights on the top floor, outdoor terrace and rooftop (access via stairs). The elevator provides access from the cellar to the 5th floor and there’s also an open central stairwell. There are a variety of open spaces, none of which are obstructed by columns.
Each floor and room is rented individually.
No furniture is included in the space. Please provide details on intended furniture load-in in advance.
There is currently no wood flooring on the outside patios.

Areas of use must be determined in advance.
No smoking inside.
Nailing or painting of walls to be approved on case by case basis depending on scope.
Use of fire escape to be determined.
