Glorious home, has 29 rooms, 13,400 sq ft, 3 floors, elegant dining room, library, iron doors, large, dark wood staircase, and amazing ceilings and grounds. The house is decorated with authentic period rooms imported from Europe: not American 1880s rooms; they’re real, 16th, 17th, and 18th century English, French, and German rooms that were shipped over here and installed.

City of Yonkers permits are required for all shoots prior to entry, 5 days in advance
The driveway is large and has cobble stone (RV can turnaround in the drive), no parking on the street
The home has AC, a second kitchen for catering and barrista set ups, the Chapel has no heat
