A 1899 Federal-style brick row house. Three floors plus a basement with 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are large. The house is a shabby-chic style. There are lots of interesting original details throughout the house (3 marble fireplace surrounds, tin ceiling, original millwork and wood floors). There are 2 kitchens. One has a generic, late 80’s look, the other looks early 60’s. The bottom level has a large room with a sink that would work well for wardrobe or hair and makeup. There is a tall stoop in the front with black metal railings.
In the back there is a rustic wood deck that overlooks gardens on row houses. There is a long backyard with a cherry tree, flagstone patio, garden beds and a cedar wood picket fence.
Small office on 3rd floor is off-limits. No use of fireplace for fires.
Protect furniture and floors.
