Fully renovated Brooklyn brownstone townhouse built in the 1890s. The interior style is eclectic, with a mixture of contemporary and mid-century aesthetics. The home has lots of period details reminiscent of classic New York brownstones, including chandeliers, cornices, arched ceiling moldings, and pier mirrors.
The home has four floors: a basement, ground floor, parlor floor, and top floor. The parlor floor contains two living rooms – a limewashed front parlor and a moody all-green back parlor. Most of the interior decor has been sourced from unique places, ranging from auction houses, mid-century furniture dealers, and custom furniture makers.
There is a backyard that features a cement base, an astroturfed back area, and a cabana.
