The Parlor floor features a living room, 2 bedrooms (one adult and one child) and a full bathroom. It has great light, 10.5-foot ceilings, 9 ft windows with original details at the front and 9 ft bay window in the back, 2 marble mantels, 1 wood mantel and an abundance of details.
The garden floor features a large eat-in vintage kitchen with wood cladding, quarry tile and a back patio complete with bluestone pavers. The dining area features a 9-foot long slab table with 8 wishbone style chairs. There is an adjacent laundry room and hallway space as well.
Please note that there are security bars on the windows and they can not be removed.
